Manage client relationships, understand their needs, and propose tailored IT solutions.
Coordinate with technical teams, oversee AMC services and ensure client satisfaction.
Meet sales targets, stay updated on industry trends and contribute to business growth.
Responsible for generating revenue by identifying and penetrating specific potential accounts and serving as a marketing consultant who provides efficient and effective business solutions and services.
Responsible for Sales and Business development.
Closely work with Client and Internal Team on the full business cycle from hunting to sales and collection, to achieve company revenue target or exceeded.
Identifying highly potential business opportunities and pitching IT Services business accordingly.
Develop detailed account-level plans to provide accurate forecasts on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis.
Able to bring business from New Clients monthly and new business from existing customers as well.
Designing & developing complex solutions for specific client opportunities and in developing client deliverables such as a request for information (RFI), request for proposal response (RFP), and statements of work (SOWs), and client proposals/ presentations.
Monthly reporting on all sales activities like active opportunities, sales presentations, meetings, and closures on a monthly basis.
Additional Information

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience Requirements:
2-3 years in sales, in relevant IT service sales.
Technology Domain: (Network, Systems, Collaboration, Storage & Backup, Cloud, Database Support Services, etc.)
Business Services: Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security, Enterprise Data Management, Enterprise Networking, IT Managed Services, Remote Infrastructure Management Services, IT Infrastructure Support Services, End User IT Support Services, IT Asset Management, etc.
