JOB DESCRIPTION:

SERVICE LINE SOLUTIONS
  • Getting well versed with the Innovation service line suite of solutions - product testing, concept testing, pack testing, pricing etc.
  • Have working knowledge of the solutions via on-job training, attending training sessions, e-learning sessions.
  • Incorporate the same in proposals, pitches and client presentations.
  • Build expertise on at least 1-2 solutions.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
  • Day-to-day client interaction throughout the project life cycle and support seniors on general client relationship and communication.
  • Independently working on high quality proposals & project deliverables and finalizing the same with inputs from senior team members.
  • Driving general Business Development activities & initiatives for new as well as existing clients with new offerings - proposal writing, designing, project delivery
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • Taking overall responsibility for the successful management of research projects, ensuring projects are delivered; on-time; on- cost to the client\'s satisfaction.
  • Contributing and doing project management, including, (1) Clients: day-to-day interaction on project level (2) Questionnaire development: contributing to research materials with senior support and guidance (3) Operation (Fieldwork, Data Processing etc): direct day-to-day interaction on project level with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Contributing to project administration viz. job book management, cost control, improving margins wherever possible.
  • Ensuring consistent project quality standards according to the established processes and procedures (executing all the needed project briefings, monitoring fieldwork quality, review meetings, data review).
  • Proactively support senior team throughout the project, e.g.: raising issues in a timely manner and being solutions focused.
SELF MANAGEMENT & COLLABORATION
  • Attending and participating in all knowledge sharing initiatives via: Intranet readings, Ipsos online trainings, Internal f2f trainings, best practices or POV shared by experts.
  • Proactively seeking out opportunities for own self-development, via informal and formal learning events (e.g.: establishing a mentor, reading materials on Intranet, attending training courses etc.
  • Being a proactive and effective team member. Collaborate with other team members by workload sharing.
  • Engage and communicate with the Client Organization team to understand expectations on projects, communicating updates, raising timely red-flags and ensure seamless execution.
FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE
  • Contributing and supporting the unit in achieving financial targets of the department.
  • Proper costing of proposals
  • Responsible on general administrative and HR compliance on personal level.
