MCG Talent have partnered with a branding agency who are looking to hire an Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate must have experience working in branding in a similar role and be based in Dubai.
About the Role
Managing client accounts within the agency, with overall responsibility for the client relationship
Through close relationship with the clients, continuously develop the strategic direction of each client account and ensure communication of any directional changes to the team
Deliver high standards of client satisfaction
Ensure projects are trafficked into the studio timeously.
To actively pursue business development opportunities with the client accounts, selling additional services whenever possible
Working on client briefs, by challenging and asking questions
Writing inspirational creative briefs, reviewing work regularly and selling effectively to clients
Ensuring the profitability and growth of client accounts
Managing and monitoring the income from all client accounts
Ensure invoicing and financial administration is of a high standard to keep income flowing
Drive excellence in financial management through the team
To achieve or exceed all key financial targets
Ensuring files are saved and backed up to the agency server
Maintaining a detailed awareness of relevant market trends affecting their accounts, and developments in the wider branding and communications industry and sharing with relevant team
