Client Servicing are instrumental in maintaining the quality of briefs (and therefore work output) as well as driving commercial growth and success for our studio and clients.

As an Account Manager, you are both the client interface and the studio advocate. In addition to serving as the connection between the client and the agency, at AKQA, Account Managers provide clients with strategic guidance and commercial direction. Our Account Managers are natural problem solvers, analytically minded, and proficient communicators. They know how to motivate teams, manage complex process with multiple stakeholders and strive for excellence in everything we deliver.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Day-to-day management of clients\' marketing and advertising campaigns. (The single point of contact between the client team and the studio)
• Responsible for managing client feedback and translating that to meaningful actions within the studio
• Generating accurate reports and status updates
• Understanding the client\'s commercial objectives and translating that into innovative ideas across communications, performance and experiences (working with our internal specialist teams on delivery).
• Responsible for deriving and generating the briefs that lead all key departments thinking and delivery
• Ownership of the clients\' communication budget and translating that into successful and profitable campaigns and executions from the studio
• Understanding trends in our industry and translating them into meaningful work
• Writing and presenting client reviews and strategies in collaboration with departmental leads (Creative, Media, Tech, Research & Planning etc.)
• Project Management of all aspects of the client requirements

QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS

• Ability to plan think strategically
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in the advertising/ marketing industry
• Persuasive, proactive and confident in conceiving, presenting and implementing creative ideas
• Keen attention to detail and a good understanding of client and studio commercials and profitability
• Experience across the creative processes, experiences and performance campaigns
• Excellent presentation / communication & team management skills
