Position Summary: This role will focus on driving new sales into Datacenter/IT departments of named large Service Providers in the MENA region. The jobholder will hold a sales quota and work in a matrix environment with the local account teams. The jobholder will consult with the Regional VP in the creation and execution of sales strategies and forecasts for the assigned region. The role will be based in our offices in Dubai.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develops and executes sales budget, forecast, and strategic plans for region.
  • Supports and delivers Marketing programs and coordinates campaigns and programs with internal resources and customers.
  • Develops and maintains key relationships with customers and prospects through disciplined selling techniques.
  • Recruits, develops, and optimizes individual performance within the team of Service Providers. Assesses skill, effort, and effectiveness among team members and employs corrective/supportive activities as required. Ensures and supports use of effective sales techniques throughout the team.
  • Assists account managers in setting individual account strategies, performance objectives, and personal goals.
  • Follows through to provide coaching and to assure implementation, completion, and feedback. You may work with Partner organizations and assist them through our Sales process.
  • Develops and maintains effective communications and liaison relationships with staff and field personnel that support effective achievement of regional and corporate goals.
  • Liaises with other Regional Directors to ensure a consistent, unified face to the customer and NETSCOUT Sales personnel.
  • Maintains expense budget and controls expenditures to meet objectives and comply with NETSCOUT policy and profitability goals.
  • Analyzes, evaluates, and makes recommendations to improve sales methods, organization, coverage, and expenses.
  • Evaluates market needs and trends and coordinates with marketing, engineering, product management, and corporate functions to best serve the market.
  • Substantial travel within region and occasionally beyond is required.
Education and other soft-skills Requirements: We are looking for a real Team Leader and Team worker, open to cooperate with his peers, involving higher Management when necessary to the proper Customer Management task. We\xe2\x80\x99d like to meet with a profile who, knowing the general Company attitude, will be able to:
  • Report any relevant information to his managers, and ask help when needed
  • Understands End User issues and convert into Sales Opportunities
  • Escalate internally within NETSCOUT to get the necessary support or to provide feedback
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science or related degree is a nice to have
  • Enjoy traveling and visiting customers most of his time

Experience Requirements:
  • 15 + years of sales experience required
  • Disciplined in a recognized sales methodology and can demonstrate a good understanding of sales processes
  • Demonstrable track record of selling process, high value solutions to IT/networking or a technology-based organizations ideally within Service Providers sector
  • A solid, articulate understanding of our technology, market, and client profile
  • Track record of exceptional and consistent quota achievement
  • Proven success, established customers and contacts, and solid territory knowledge
  • You will need the skill to independently, work with large, complex accounts
  • Ability to source, pursue and close new business
  • Must have exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Background in selling security solutions in Middle East is preferred
  • Bilingual Arabic and English proficiency
