: A reputable company in the Oil & Gas steel sector is seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial transactions, monitoring the budgets, preparing financial reports, and analyzing the financial performance of the company. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
- Create and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards.
- Develop, implement and monitor financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to achieve the company\'s financial goals.
- Review and analyze financial statements and reports to provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the management team.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and tax returns.
- Manage and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Manage the payroll process and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Conducting audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE.
- Knowledge of local accounting regulations and international accounting standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
