As a Regional Account manager, you will lead, coordinate, and manage the overall relation with ME partners. You will get to work with some of ME’s biggest Telecom & Content groups, creating & delivering innovative sales strategies. Your role is to Sales Strategy & Business Development
Define & execute sales strategies for existing clients and develop new partnerships
Lead and drive multi-million-dollar opportunities to closure & achieve financial and operational targets
Foster alliances with strategic partners for mobility solutions (IPX, LTE, SS7…) & A2P messaging
Hunt new business opportunities (CDNs, Security) & territories within ME region
Complete the full sales process from identifying, prospecting, through closing, new opportunities
Broaden the client base & develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
Client Management
Lead customer meetings, presentations & proposals to sign and close new prospects and deals
Ensure client satisfaction and proactively address their potential concerns
Cross-lead a team of presales, marketing, delivery, and service managers
Report on potential business risks and plans to mitigate it
Organize client global relationship, e.g. contact plan and governance
About you
We are looking for Sales/Account Manager, with experience in selling services to existing customers, and fully motivated to hunt new territories, with these qualifications
7+ years of selling experience with a focus on selling to large operators & major accounts
4+ years of experience in Mobility solutions (Roaming, IPX, LTE) & Messaging (A2P) within ME region
Direct experience selling network security and/or CDN solutions is a plus
Engineer and/or Business Master’s degree level
Excellent strategic skills and ability to translate strategy into Sales plans and execute it
Superior analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, result oriented
Have a real business acumen and customer facing skills
Self-starter and able to work autonomously
Able to work under tight deadlines on various sales streams simultaneously
Team players with experience or ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Communicate effectively and professionally in English with all partner level including CxO.
Arabic and French speaking is a significant plus
