Job Description

One of our clients, a well-established worldwide trading corporation situated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is searching for an Accounts Manager. As an account manager:

  • Bookkeeping and financial transaction recording
  • Well verse with Tally accounting software.
  • Well verse with VAT documentation
  • ISO 9001: 2015 documentation and Auditing.
  • DUNS documentation and Auditing
  • Regular Internal financial audits
  • Well verse with LCs and international trade documents.
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Cash Flow Management and statement
  • Renewals and statutory licensing - ICV, DUNS, ISO & others
  • Study financial instruments and present opinion reports - bonds, stocks, structured notes
  • Follow up on all receivables for early settlements
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to bank accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting banking relationships
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating bank contracts and agreements to maximize profit
  • well verse with IFRS 16
  • well verse with VAT filing
  • knowledge about corporate taxation laws
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting bankingg relationships
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executives
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements and skills
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Tally) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and Word)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Sales or relevant field
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) must be qualified.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
