Job Summary

We are seeking a

proactive and client-focused Account Manager

to manage relationships and drive business growth in Dubai. This role combines

account management, campaign oversight, and business development

, with flexibility for

full-time or part-time (3 days per week)

candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in

Medical, Dental, Real Estate, Corporate Events, Aesthetics, and Education

sectors. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring measurable value and long-term retention. Upsell new services, features, and advertising opportunities to existing clients. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to shape client strategies. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, aligning digital strategies with business objectives. Oversee digital campaigns and

web/video production projects

, ensuring smooth and timely delivery. Attend

client meetings and on-site video shoots

with the production team when required. Collaborate with the internal

sales team

, which provides leads and supports in building strategies.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or business development (Dubai market preferred). Strong

project management skills

to coordinate cross-functional and remote teams. Proven experience in

overseeing campaigns and client projects

. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.

Valid UAE driving license and personal car/commute are strong plus points

(for meetings and shoots).
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week
