The Account Manager is a digital native deeply immersed in the latest advancements in the field. Their versatile responsibilities include overseeing social media campaigns, ensuring the seamless flow of activities such as crafting pertinent content for target audiences, curating a diverse range of content (including images, video, and written material), and providing indispensable support to the servic e team in pursuit of company objectives. At the core of their role lies a commitment to uphold a dynamic, two-way communication channel between the service team, clients, and the wider audience. Additionally, they diligently execute directives from management, ensuring cohesive operations and successful outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Servicing
Assist the team in the development of creative and strategic planning and client proposals
Act as main contact for clients for media relations, digital PR and events implementation
Help in creating detailed critical paths for efficient scheduling and management of digital PRactivities, and events
Pro-actively present opportunities to clients for results-based activities
Work with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels.
Editorial
Research stories and write digital content based on information provided in client brief
Assist team in conceiving ideas for online content, client competitions, etc.
Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content
Create a regular publishing schedule
Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
Promote content through social advertising
Social Media Monitoring
Research and analyse social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
Monitor social media (Arab and/or English) for news of relevance to the agency's clients
Alert Line Manager(s) of news/happenings in social media relevant to clientaccount/business/industry
Analyse and evaluate online content and recommend course of action to clients
Event Management
Assist the team in the organisation and management of events including press conferences, sales events, gala dinners, inauguration events, etc.
Assist in sourcing third party suppliers for event requirements
Distribute invitations and receive RSVPs as required
Maximise coverage of every event on social media using the appropriate channels
Administration
Develop brand awareness and online reputation
Content management
SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
Cultivate leads and sales
Prepare client reports as required i.e. weekly status report, quarterly status reports, meeting reports,activity reports, etc.
Distribute above reports to relevant audiences i.e. colleagues, clients and third parties
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education background:
Minimum of bachelors / degree holder with specialization in marketing,digital media & technology, administration etc.
Experience:
Strong proven experience and track record of managing key accounts within the UAE and internationally.
Preference will be given to those who have Abu Dhabi exposure and focussed in digital media industry.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
