Role Highlights:
Manage and grow relationships with business clients.
Act as the main point of contact across the customer lifecycle.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with product/engineering/support teams.
Monitor client engagement, drive retention, upsell & cross-sell opportunities.
Collect feedback and represent client needs in product roadmap discussions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree; technical/SaaS background preferred.
2-5 years' experience in B2B account management or customer success (ideally in SaaS).
Strong client relationship and communication skills.
Must be good in English & Tagalog.
