Account Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Food & Beverage (Bar & Restaurant)
Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with the highest level of service possible
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers, within company guidelines
- Monitor customer accounts on a regular basis, proactively addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
- Prepare reports detailing customer activity, sales pipeline progress, and other relevant information
- Work closely with other departments within the company to ensure that all customer requests and inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments, and share this information with customers as appropriate
- Attend trade shows and other events on behalf of the company, when necessary
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns targeted at existing and potential customers
- Generate new leads through networking and other means
- Update and maintain customer records in the company CRM system
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Oversee the duties of the accounting team.
- Implement accounting systems and processes.
- Reconcile income statements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Control the master data of the general register.
- Review and release online banking payments.
- Ensure compliance with state revenue service.
- Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.
- Manage the full financial process.
- Prepare an expense budget report
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Review and recommend changes in internal audit controls.
- Execute audit assistant functions to check the accuracy of accounting systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance of TAX regulatory guidelines and generally accepted auditing standards.
- Review, assess and recommend changes in accounting systems and controls of a business unit.
- Verify and inspect accounts receivable and payable ledgers and general ledger for its accuracy.
- Check, inspect and reconcile bank deposits and payments.
- Study, inspect and assess, budgets, balance sheets and other related financial statements and records.
- Final knowledge and process of VAT return filing, Corporate Tax return filing and all financial compliance such as ESR, AML, CR
Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing accounts
- Direct account management, growth management or project management experience strongly preferred
- F&B/hospitality industry experience preferred
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
- Fluency in English is a must and Arabic would be an advantage
