Hello! We are Sprout Digital Agency we are currently looking for a social media manager. We are a small dynamic company - we have a unique company culture. We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments. The candidate must be located in Abu Dhabi English is a MUST - Arabic is a major bonus Duties and Responsibilities will include:
develop creative and engaging social media strategies
manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Asana and Monday.com
create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your organization and brand
form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
undertake audience research
manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
analyze competitor activity
recommend improvements to increase performance
set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
manage, motivate and coach junior staff such as social media executives or assistants
manage a budget for social media activities
educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within your company (in-house roles)
encourage collaboration across teams and departments
regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls, or face-to-face (agency roles).
Requirements & Qualifications
Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Familiarity with web design and publishing
Excellent multitasking skills
Great leadership skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
We are mainly working from home but for certain projects, we do require in-person meetings, content creation etc. Language:
