Take ownership for customer requirements This role reports into Sales and Commercial Director - Oilfield Services & Equipment (OFSE). The Account Manager is the strategic leader and point of contact for all OFSE Product Lines within assigned Aramco account. This position will be responsible for developing, deploying and delivering Account goals and being Aramco point of contact within assigned account overlooking all OFSE PL's organization. This person will be a driven individual, KPI focused and passionate about market share growth, revenue growth, new product commercialization, pricing, and providing solutions to Aramco to achieve assigned growth for this account across all Product Lines.

As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

Collaborating with each Product Line's Commercial Sales Manager and Product Line (PL) Director including our Technology Director for Saudi to drive customer experience (responsiveness, new product introduction events, Service delivery excellence) and pricing (specifically on solution, Deliverables) .

Deriving Market share targets in collaboration with OFSE and PL Sales and Commercial director/Manager

Supporting all PL's in resolving HSE and Service Delivery incidents and related Liquidated Damages

Collaborating with PL leadership team to increase market share and revenue by participating in the QMI sessions, Tech reviews etc.

Implementing an interaction plan between PLs and account with specific dates and desired outcome in collaboration with OFSE Sales and Commercial Director and PLDs.

Building and owning the account strategy. Conducting regular reviews with OFSE leadership and PLD's. Follow up regularly to ensure execution as per plan.

Acting as OFSE - centric focal point and build and develop commercial engagement and relationships with customer from an early engagement stage to award.

Representing Baker Hughes in front of the client

Providing technical and commercial due diligence support for tenders and proposals in the account

Understanding of PL business plan for the account and own it

Coordinating with Regional PLD, Sales and Commercial of each OFSE Product Line to ensure accurate deal machine opportunities are achieved

Owning Early engagement and Business development while leveraging technical expertise of PLs.

Communicating with OFSE Sales and Commercial Leader the progress of KPIs for PL organization in the account

Coordinating with multi-PL sources accurate data and market intelligence for the account. Aim to lead and feed in daily basis customer plans in terms of Rig activity, Rigless activity and competitor moves.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree / relevant experience in a Sales environment

Display 10+ years of Oil & Gas experience within Account Sales

Saudi and International Experience

Operation and Sales experience

Completion or Drilling Background

Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal customers and suppliers

Show experience of leading and delivering customer projects successfully

Demonstrate a thorough and logical approach to proactively solving complex problems

Have the ability to engage, influence and lead a small team
