We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Accounts Executive

to join our growing F&B business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting compliance with statutory regulations. Experience in the F&B or hospitality sector is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Process supplier invoices, verify purchase orders, and match receipts. Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Daily Transactions:

Record and maintain all daily sales, cash, and bank transactions. Reconcile POS (Point of Sale) system reports with bank and cash entries. Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and daily collections.

Inventory & Cost Management:

Coordinate with the store/warehouse team to track inventory costs. Support cost analysis for food and beverage consumption. Reconcile stock reports with purchase and consumption data.

GST & Tax Compliance:

Prepare and file GST returns (monthly/quarterly). Ensure TDS compliance and filing. Assist in statutory audits and liaison with tax consultants.

Payroll Support:

Coordinate with HR and payroll teams for timely salary disbursement. Maintain records of staff advances, reimbursements, and incentives.

Reporting & MIS:

Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis. Generate reports for management decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field. 2+ years of accounting experience; F&B/hospitality experience preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GST regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems). Advanced MS Excel skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. High level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience handling multi-location outlets. Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Petpooja, Toast, POSist, or similar). Knowledge of food costing and wastage tracking.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
