Job Title: Account Executive with Owners Association Experience
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
: As an Account Executive with owners association experience, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of owners associations and ensuring their financial stability and operational success. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, overseeing financial matters, and coordinating with various stakeholders. We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented individual with exceptional communication and organizational skills to excel in this role.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the financial management of owners associations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis of income and expenses.
Coordinate and review financial statements, invoices, and payment collections to ensure accuracy and adherence to owners association regulations and guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, invoicing, and collections for owners associations.
Conduct regular meetings with owners association boards to provide updates, discuss financial performance, and address any operational issues.
Manage and resolve any disputes or conflicts that may arise within the owners associations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Assist in the onboarding process of new owners associations, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary guidance and support.
Responsible for timely payment to service providers.
Knowledge of VAT filing, OA budget approval process.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in owners association management or a similar role, with a focus on financial management.
Strong understanding of owners association regulations, financial reporting, and budgeting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple owners associations simultaneously.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
Knowledge of Mollak System
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
