Job Description

Role Overview: As an Account Executive , you will play a pivotal role in supporting and assisting the Account Manager on clients and campaigns. Your responsibilities will include maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating project development, and ensuring the seamless flow of information between clients and the agency. Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete assigned day-to-day tasks under the supervision of the Account Manager.
  • Take responsibility for accurate project and account administration, scheduling meetings, and preparing status reports.
  • Coordinate and track the progress of client projects, ensuring alignment with approved estimates.
  • Proactively support the Account Manager in responding to client queries and addressing client needs.
  • Prepare presentations and materials for client meetings, ensuring updated reports are available.
  • Compile competitor and market information to inform advertising initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing budget summaries and reconciliation activities.
  • Collaborate with various agency teams, including account management, creative, and production.
  • Understand and integrate digital strategies into advertising initiatives.
