WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING We're looking for an Account Executive (AE) who will be part of the core account team for a key new client in the Middle East. CSM is building a team to manage and activate a major Middle Eastern brand's global partnership in motorsport, with a remit to drive clear value and ROI from the sponsorship across multiple workstreams including rights management, product integration, digital & data activation, events & VIP hospitality programs, experiential marketing, PR & communications.

The AE will mainly support on the day-to-day relationship with the client and the rightsholder, ensure alignment across the active workstreams, and support onsite with the implementation of the activation strategy. This role will report into the Senior Account Manager (SAM) and may include international travel to event locations as required.

General responsibilities breakdown into the following key areas:

.Account admin: You will effectively manage the scheduling of both weekly and ad hoc status meetings, both internally and externally, and ensure all key actions are recorded and shared post each meeting. .Project Documentation: You will maintain and update existing documents (status reports, agendas, deadline trackers etc.) as well as eventually develop relevant presentations and trackers as required by the account. .Rights Management: You will maintain a rights and benefits tracker, and ensure optimum usage of client rights is communicated, as guided by the senior account team. .Internal Processes: You will manage the onboarding and contracting of suppliers, liaising with the internal CSM departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures .Activation planning: You will participate in internal brainstorming sessions, and support in developing an activation plan to bring the client's partnership objectives to life .Implementation: You will work with the core account team supporting across the different workstreams onsite - this includes general rights delivery, talent/ambassador appearances, live activations, digital & social strategies, PR & Comms and guest management. This will include owning sub-workstreams like merchandise orders, accreditation, event documentation etc.

The Skills and Experience you will need

.University graduate .Fluency in English, written and spoken. Arabic beneficial. .A clear passion for sports / motorsports .1-2 years' experience in Sports Marketing / Account Management preferred but not mandatory .Client-facing experience within the Middle East region (UAE and/or KSA) beneficial .Strong presentation skills .Analytical and problem-solving mentality .Appetite for account management and strategic planning .Ability to multi-task; you will be working across a number of activities with tight deadlines .Proven ability to prioritise and manage your time efficiently .Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines .Outstanding written and oral communications skills, attention to details .Solution-focused and hands on approach to managing workstreams
