Account Director (sponsorships)

Based Dubai or Abu Dhabi office
We're partnering with a leading organisation on a confidential search for an experienced Account Director to manage a major motorsport sponsorship in the Middle East.
The Role
You will take ownership of a flagship partnership, oversee senior client relationships, and lead a talented account team. The role involves delivering integrated campaigns across events, digital, PR and guest experience, ensuring best-in-class execution and alignment with brand strategy.
You'll also shape partnership strategy, manage performance measurement, and turn insights into meaningful actions that drive brand and business impact.
What We're Looking For
Strong experience delivering motorsport sponsorships - (ideally) in the region at existing Account Director level
Ability to localise rights for cultural and market relevance
Proven track record of leveraging sponsorship to achieve brand and commercial growth
Confident working with senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional delivery
35-40K AED per month (some flex)
Annual bonus
