Key Responsibilities:
Communication & Operations Support
Facilitate communication and coordination between Operations and Account Management.
Assist in responding to the operation inquiries and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of communication between operations and internal teams.
Schedule and coordinate the account manager with meetings and the data sheets.
Internal Coordination
Liaise with Operations lead (Site Incharge) to ensure timely updates and issue resolution.
Track open tasks and follow-ups to ensure client reports.
Data & Reporting
Update and manage client data (uptime, downtime, miner status, repair logs) in internal systems and tools (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel etc.)
Support in preparing daily,weekly and monthly reports for account manager.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records collected from the operations.
What We're Looking For:
0-2 years of experience in a support or coordination role (preferably in IT, data center, or technical services)
Strong skills in Google Sheets, Docs, and CRM tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
