Work Experience:

1) Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

2) 3 to 5 years of experience as an Account Assistant, with a strong focus on using Tally software for financial management

3) Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and practices

4) Proficiency in using Tally software for day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger management

5) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting

6) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

7) Good communication and interpersonal skills

8) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Profile:

1) Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries, using Tally software

2) Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, including verification, reconciliation, and recording of receipts,payments, and invoices

3) Prepare and maintain financial records, statements, and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

4) Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis reports

5) Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and schedules

6) Provide assistance in financial audits and respond to audit inquiries as needed

7) Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure adherence to best practices in financial management.
