Job Summary: Looking for an Account Assistant in Ajman, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • File and maintain proper books of accounts
  • Assist in preparing statutory accounts
  • Maintain spreadsheets as well as specific Excel files
  • Review accounts payable invoices
  • Follow up on the whole accounts payable process
  • Generate and submit weekly or monthly reports
  • Perform any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The applicant must have a relevant Bachelors Degree
  • Practical experience in the accounting field required
  • Must be familiar with the Ms Office suite packages
  • Must be detail oriented, organized and a good time manager
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong accounting knowledge required
