Job Summary:
The Accommodation Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall presentation of guest rooms and common areas within the accommodation facility. This role plays a key part in maintaining high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction by performing cleaning duties efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning & Maintenance of Guest Rooms:

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and changing areas according to established standards.
Make beds, replace linens, and ensure towels and amenities are well-stocked.
Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and remove trash.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
Restock room supplies (toiletries, coffee, water, etc.).

2. Common Areas & Public Spaces:

Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, elevators, and other public areas.
Ensure restrooms are clean, sanitized, and well-supplied.
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.

3. Guest Service & Interaction:

Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Follow lost-and-found procedures for any items left behind.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests at all times.

4. Safety & Compliance:

Follow health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
Adhere to property policies regarding security and guest privacy.
Report any suspicious activity or safety hazards immediately.
