Job Title: Project Manager - Qatar

We offer various innovative products, ranging from digital solutions to interactive media experiences. We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to join our creative team in Qatar.

Job Purpose:

The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of interactive technology projects, including production, immersive installations, and AI-powered activations. This role involves managing project timelines, resources, and budgets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, technology-driven experiences that align with Futad's vision and goals

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Management: Lead project lifecycle activities, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management. Provide regular project updates and reports. Team Leadership: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and production staff, to ensure project milestones are met. Technical Oversight: Supervise the technical aspects of projects, ensuring successful integration of interactive technologies, sensors, and production equipment. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and successful project outcomes. Vendor Coordination: Work with external suppliers and vendors to source necessary components, managing timelines and quality control. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects stay on track and within scope. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and regularly report on progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in any field with in-depth knowledge of events & production. 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in events or booth production. Proven track record of managing projects involving events and exhibitions. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with project management tools such as MS Project Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus Ability to manage budgets, resources, and schedules effectively. Ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) or master's in project management, particularly in fields like construction, or engineering, is a plus. Experience working on production-heavy projects involving fit-outs, Exhibition Production, and AV production. Familiarity with event technology or immersive experiences. Qatar Driving License is plus
