Key Responsibilities
Student Counseling & Program Advisory
Understand student goals, backgrounds, and career plans.
Recommend appropriate certification programs (e.g., CRISC, CGEIT, CISA , etc.).
Provide accurate information on course content, duration, fees, eligibility, and career prospects.
Sales & Conversion
Follow up on leads generated via digital marketing, events, or referrals.
Convert prospects into enrollments through phone, video calls, or walk-ins.
Maintain high conversion ratios through strong relationship building and consultative selling.
Lead Management & Reporting
Update and track all leads using CRM software.
Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
Share daily, weekly, and monthly reports with the management team.
Student Experience & Retention
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding.
Stay in touch with enrolled students to ensure satisfaction and handle queries.
Encourage referrals and re-enrollments.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline ( Information Technology / Engineering / Technology is a plus).
1-3 years of experience in academic counseling, inside sales, or telecalling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for healthcare education and helping others build meaningful careers.
Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and basic internet research.
