Calling potential leads
: Contacting individuals who have shown interest in a course or program.
Providing information
: Explaining the details of courses, fees, admission process, and answering any questions they may have.
Building relationships
: Creating a positive connection with prospective students or parents to encourage enrollment.
Following up
: Keeping in touch with interested leads through calls, messages, or emails to provide further assistance.
Handling objections
: Addressing any concerns or doubts to help potential students make a decision.
Closing sales
: Encouraging leads to complete the enrollment process by guiding them through registration and payment.
Updating records
: Maintaining accurate records of conversations and progress with each lead in a CRM system.
Meeting targets
: Achieving monthly or quarterly sales goals set by the company.
