Job Description

We're seeking an experienced AC Mechanical Foreman to lead on-site HVAC installations in Abu Dhabi. If you're a skilled leader with a strong background in mechanical systems and a commitment to quality, join our growing team.

What You'll Do



Lead & Supervise a team of HVAC technicians on various projects. Oversee Installation, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to drawings. Manage on-site operations, including material handling and troubleshooting. Ensure Compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Report daily progress to management.

What We're Looking For



Technical Diploma / ITI in HVAC or Mechanical field. 5-7 years of hands-on HVAC experience, with 2-3 years in a Foreman/Supervisory role. Strong practical knowledge of HVAC systems and installation methods. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
