Qualifications: Proven experience as a Mechanical Foreman in offshore oil & gas projects. Relevant technical certifications (e.g., NVQ, HNC, or trade certifications). Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and offshore safety standards. Leadership and team management skills. Good communication skills.
