Job Summary

The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and able to build strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client inquiries and provide accurate information on available properties. Conduct property viewings and match clients with suitable options. Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and property availability. Negotiate terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Maintain strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, new developments, and market trends. Build and manage a pipeline of clients through networking, referrals, and company-generated leads. Prepare and manage all required documentation for sales and leasing transactions. Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-up with clients. Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market or willingness to learn quickly. Professional appearance and a client-focused approach. Ability to work independently and meet performance targets. Valid UAE driving license and access to a car. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
