Job Responsibilities

Generate, manage, and convert leads into property sales and leases. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi (off-plan and secondary markets). Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and investors. Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations. Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's property market trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Promote company listings through marketing campaigns, property portals, and social media. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Ensure all documentation, RERA/DLD (if applicable), and company compliance processes are followed. Provide after-sales service and client support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Skills & Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in UAE real estate (Abu Dhabi market preferred). Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills. Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage). Excellent knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and developers (Aldar, Bloom, etc.). Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven. Ability to work under pressure in a competitive sales environment.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
