We're looking for a friendly and passionate Barista to join our team! The ideal candidate loves coffee, enjoys working with people, and delivers great customer service with a smile .
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve all types of coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and cold beverages
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, machines, and work area
Handle customer orders and payments accurately
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all drinks and food items
Restock supplies and assist in inventory management
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Support the team to create a warm and welcoming cafe atmosphere
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista or in a cafe (preferred)
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and latte art (training can be provided)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork spirit
Flexibility to work weekends or shifts
