Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage
4D BIM simulations
linked to construction schedules
Integrate BIM models with
Primavera P6 / MS Project
Perform
model-based quantity take-offs (5D BIM)
Support cost estimation, budgeting, and change analysis
Analyze construction sequencing and logistics
Coordinate with BIM, planning, and QS teams
Prepare visual reports and presentations for stakeholders
Maintain accuracy between models, schedules, and cost data
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, QS, or Architecture
Minimum
3+ years
experience in BIM, planning, or cost control
Hands-on experience with
4D and/or 5D BIM
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and methods
Software Knowledge
BIM:
Revit, Navisworks Manage, Synchro Pro
Planning:
Primavera P6, MS Project
Cost / Quantity:
CostX, Navisworks Quantification, Excel
Reporting:
Power BI (preferred)
