Inspection & Verification
Perform detailed inspection and verification of materials, equipment, and components at supplier, manufacturer, or site locations.
Review product certificates, test reports, and technical documentation for compliance with relevant codes and standards (ASME, ASTM, API, ISO, etc.).
Witness testing, calibration, and factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), or performance tests as per inspection and test plans (ITPs).
Verify dimensional checks, visual inspection, welding, coating, and NDT reports as applicable.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare detailed inspection reports, release notes, and non-conformance reports (NCRs) as per company and client procedures.
Maintain accurate and traceable inspection documentation for audit and certification purposes.
Ensure proper control of inspection records and timely submission to the Inspection Coordinator/Client.
Client Coordination
Liaise with client representatives, vendors, and project teams to coordinate inspection schedules and requirements.
Ensure effective communication of inspection outcomes, deviations, or delays.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure inspections are conducted in accordance with approved Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures.
Adhere to company and client health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards during all inspection activities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the inspection and certification division.

Desire candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline. Minimum 3-7 years of experience in third-party inspection, QA/QC, or vendor surveillance in oil & gas, power, construction, or manufacturing sectors. Familiar with relevant international codes and standards (ASME, ASTM, ISO, API, AWS, BS, etc.). Certification(s) such as CSWIP 3.1, AWS-CWI, BGAS, NACE, API, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent will be an added advantage. Experience with material inspection (Lifting Accessories, Equipment's, Forklift Inspection, Operations) or equipment inspection (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation) preferred. Strong report-writing and documentation skills in English.
