Job Description

We are looking for a

3D Parts Designer

with expertise in

SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, and technical drafting

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

creating, modifying, and optimizing 3D models and technical drawings

for precision parts used in manufacturing. This role requires

strong drafting skills

and the ability to work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality designs that meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Design

mechanical parts and components

using

SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor

. Create

detailed 2D drawings and drafting documentation

for manufacturing. Apply

GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Review and revise designs based on

engineering feedback and manufacturing feasibility

. Work with production teams to ensure

designs are practical for manufacturing and assembly

. Ensure all drawings and models follow

technical drafting and documentation standards

.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:



Proficiency in SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor

(minimum

[X] years of experience

). Strong

drafting skills

, including

detailed part drawings, annotations, and tolerancing

. Experience in

precision part design

, with knowledge of

manufacturing tolerances and fits

. Ability to

interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and design requirements

. Familiarity with

engineering materials and their applications

. Strong

attention to detail and problem-solving skills

.
