Position Overview

Dolphin International is seeking a highly skilled SOLIDWORKS 3D Designer & CNC Programmer with deep expertise in stainless steel kitchen equipment fabrication. If you're passionate about precision, innovation, and delivering top-tier quality, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Drafting

Create 3D models and detailed engineering drawings using SOLIDWORKS Design custom kitchen equipment: sinks, prep tables, roller tables, hoods, cupboards, bain-maries, counters
Client & Team Collaboration

Liaise with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions Coordinate with manufacturing teams to optimize workflows and reduce lead times
Material & Production Expertise

Recommend suitable stainless steel grades, thicknesses, and finishes Generate 2D/3D drawings and bending/assembly documentation using AutoCAD & SOLIDWORKS
CNC Programming

Develop CNC laser cutting programs using TRUMPF TruTops CAM Perform nesting and G-code generation for CNC Laser & Turret Punching Machines
Quality & Documentation

Conduct quality checks to ensure precision and compliance Maintain organized records of design revisions, CNC programs, and specifications
Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to process enhancements
Qualifications

14+ years of experience in SOLIDWORKS design & CNC programming for stainless steel fabrication 5+ years in estimation and CNC programming for electric switchgear panel production Proficient in AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, and TRUMPF TruTops CAM Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and design for manufacturability Excellent communication and documentation skills
