Job Description

Grid paper studio a 3d art outsourcing company is looking for a 3D art outsourcing manager that will be responsible for managing and supervising the projects assigned by our clients, assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members and approving 3D Art assets that meet clients specifications.

Requirements

1-Experience in project management as well as a strong understanding of 3D asset production processes

2-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3-Experience working with external studios or contractors

4-The capacity to perform well under pressure.

5-A passion for video games, 3d animation, design and storytelling.

6-Experience with 3D modeling tools and assets in game engines.

Key responsibilities

1-Communicating with clients the progress of the assets creation, timing and budget.

2-Ensure that the projects assigned by clients are on track and meets deadlines

3-Managing the production schedule for the 3D asset tasks assigned by clients.

4- Reviewing 3D assets produced by our artists before the delivery.

5-Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members,

6-Approving 3D Art assets that meet clients specifications
