Outsourcing Manager

Job Description
The Outsourcing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing outsourcing strategies to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall performance of the company. This role involves identifying suitable outsourcing partners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the smooth execution of outsourced projects. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement an outsourcing strategy that aligns with the organization\'s goals and objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential outsourcing partners/vendors, considering factors such as cost, quality, capabilities, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate and finalize outsourcing contracts, ensuring that terms and conditions are mutually beneficial and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee outsourced projects and services, monitoring their progress, quality, and cost-effectiveness, and making adjustments as needed.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of outsourcing partners and track their effectiveness in meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with outsourcing, including data security, intellectual property, and service interruptions.
- Continuously assess the outsourcing process, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage the outsourcing budget, control costs, and ensure that the outsourcing initiatives remain cost-effective.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with outsourcing strategies, and manage expectations and concerns.
- Ensure that all outsourcing activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelors/Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Marketing/Sales/Business Development.
- Proven experience in outsourcing management or a related role.
- Needs to have strong connections with the recruitment agencies in PAK, IND & UAE.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor management skills.
- Project management expertise with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with outsourcing tools and technologies.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
