Maintain Strict Turn Around Time and adhere to specific requirements Understand the job responsibility and formulate work plan Sourcing through social media like LinkedIn / Facebook / Indeed and other available online forums Maintain a keen eye on latest recruitment processes and techniques for efficient recruitment process Float on the leading portals and formulate candidate hiring strategies Conduct market due diligence on availability of talent pool in specific markets/Regions Conduct research and analysis as well as produce reports as required Ability to reach out to corporates on behalf of our firm and raise business opportunities / positions

Desired Skills and Experience:
