We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Swimming Pool/Landscape 2D Draftsman to join our team. The 2D Draftsman will play a key role in translating design concepts into precise and comprehensive drawings for swimming pool & Landscape projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in drafting, familiarity with relevant design software, and a keen eye for detail.
Major Responsibilities:
Interpret and translate swimming pool design concepts provided by architects and engineers into detailed and accurate 2D.
Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or other specialized drafting tools, to create drawings for swimming pool structures, layouts, and related components.
Work closely with architects, landscape architects, and other design professionals to ensure accurate representation of design elements in drawings.
Ensure that swimming pool drawings comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety codes and industry standards i.e Emaar, Nakheel, DDA & DM.
Provide detailed drawings that include specifications for materials, dimensions, and construction methods relevant to swimming pool projects.
Make revisions to drawings based on feedback from design professionals, engineers, or changes in project specifications.
Create architectural drawings and develop conceptual ideas, reference images.
Interact with consultants regarding changes and client requirements.
Prepare Paving pattern, Formation level plan, lighting layouts, construction drawings and detailed drawings
Qualifications:
Degree in Architect, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field.
2-3 Years of experience preferably with a focus on swimming pool & landscape projects.
