Key Responsibilities
Prepare
shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed layouts
for landscaping and swimming pool works
Draft pool layouts including structural, plumbing, and equipment arrangements
Produce drawings for pergolas, BBQ counters, water features, hardscape, and softscape elements
Modify drawings based on site conditions and client or consultant feedback
Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy
Maintain drawing standards as per Dubai municipality and developer requirements
Requirements
2-4 years of experience
as a Draftsman in the
landscape and pool industry
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
(mandatory)
Strong understanding of landscape levels, sections, and pool details
UAE experience is must
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
