Key Responsibilities:
Prepare
2D design drawings
, layouts, and detailed technical plans for swimming pool and landscape projects.
Conduct
land/site surveys
and prepare measurement reports for design and execution purposes.
Develop
shop drawings, as-built drawings
, and
layout plans
according to project specifications.
Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
Update and revise drawings based on site conditions or project modifications.
Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards and UAE regulations.
Maintain organized drawing files and project documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as a Draftsman in the
swimming pool and landscape industry
.
Proficient in
AutoCAD (2D)
and familiar with other design software.
Basic knowledge of
land surveying tools and techniques
.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred:
Experience with
MEP and structural layouts
for pools.
