?Roles & Responsibilities





Coordinate and manage BIM models across

Architectural

, Structural and Interior Design disciplines

Work closely with consultants to ensure accuracy and completeness of BIM deliverables

Perform clash detection and assist in resolving design coordination issues, including basic MEP interface

Oversee model development and integration throughout design and construction stages

Lead BIM coordination meetings and effectively present models and progress updates

Ensure models and documentation meet project standards, timelines, and client expectations

Support teams with BIM-related tools, workflows, and data exchange using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM Collaborate

? Candidate Requirements





5-7 years of experience working with consultants on BIM design scope within the Gulf region



Solid experience in coordinating Structure, Architecture, and Interior Design models

Basic understanding of MEP systems is a plus

Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM Collaborate

Strong communication and presentation skills to lead coordination efforts

Must be available to

join immediately



Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline
