Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and certified Female Fitness Instructor to join one of our prestigious client based in Al Ain (Women Fitness Club), where fitness, client experience, and holistic wellness come together. You'll play a key role in delivering high-impact, personalized fitness programs that reflect commitment to transformation, sustainability, and mindful movement. As a dynamic, client-focused professional with expertise across multiple modalities, you'll drive member engagement and deliver measurable wellness results. Your energy and expertise will help shape the fitness journey of our community and strengthen the Club's position as a leader in innovative, results-driven wellness.
Responsibilities:

• Lead expert classes in Pilates Reformer, Lagree Method, Yoga (multiple styles), TRX, Cardio, HIIT, and Barre.

• Create customized, progressive fitness plans tailored to individual client goals and needs.

• Provide one-on-one coaching focused on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.

• Cultivate an inclusive, motivating, and supportive environment to boost member retention.

• Partner with the Branding team to ensure consistent brand alignment in class content and client experience.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fitness trends, certifications, and best practices.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Female candidates only.

• Valid certification from a recognized body: REPS UAE, ACE, NASM, ISSA, Yoga Alliance, STOTT Pilates, Lagree, or equivalent.

• Proven experience in Pilates Reformer, Lagree Method, Yoga (multiple disciplines), TRX, Cardio, HIIT, and Barre.

• Demonstrated skill in designing client-centred, progressive fitness programs.

• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal abilities with a focus on motivation and support.

• Understanding of rehabilitation principles and injury-prevention strategies.

• Exceptional customer service mindset and collaborative, professional attitude.

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, creative environment aligned with "Healthy Community" moto.
