A++, a high-profile architecture and interior design company, is looking for a talented and motivated Medium-level designer to join our studio on a variety of interesting and prestigious projects. More specifically, we focus on residential, hospitality, and retail projects worldwide, each with a unique creative approach.

A++ is seeking a Medium-level Architect for its Dubai office.

Responsibilities

Support Project Leaders in creating and developing design concepts.

Develop project phases (drawings and specifications) of various architectural projects from concept design to detailed design autonomously and with occasional support from the Project Leaders.

Preparation of tendering and construction documents.

Coordinate all aspects of architectural design within multidisciplinary teams.

Comprehensive knowledge and experience in project phases: Concept Design (CD), Schematic Design (SD), Technical and Detailed Design (DD).
Ability to work semi-autonomously following the guidance of the Project Leader.
Good knowledge and experience with materials and finishes, ability to liaise with suppliers and consultants.
Ability to develop Quantity Survey.
Proactive personality, problem-solving skills, and motivated to work in a team.
Well-organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign), and MS Office.
High-quality portfolio.
Master\'s degree and professional registration in Architecture/ Engineering.
4 years or more of design experience minimum
Knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus.
