About us - Fiona Environs is a Landscape Design Consultancy with over 20 years of experience in the industry. With 2 international offices, the firm works on a variety of projects, including Master Planning, Residential, Hospitality, Higher Education, Healthcare, Commercial, and Urban Planning. Fiona Environs' Dubai office is looking for a Landscape Architect to join the design team for its RESIDENTIAL SECTOR. With a medium size office, the team gets various opportunities to work as different roles throughout the year ranging from Landscape Architects, Visualiser, Marketing and Sales, Business Development and Project Manager. Role - Preferred candidates should have minimum of 2 years' of UAE experience with proven record of past works, clear understanding of design development processes from Concept Design to Shop Drawings; with ability to understand project management, construction processes, knowledge of materials and plants and a passion for landscape design. Responsibilities -

• Preparation of Concept Designs for Client review, strong understanding of design intent and function.

• Develops, modifies and reviews drawings, that includes an understanding of a cohesive landscape design drawing package with Plans, Sections, Elevations and Details of Hardscape, Softscape, Lighting, Irrigation, Furniture and Grading.

• Strong conceptual and technical design skills along with experience of delivering projects through to construction.

• Participation in managing client relationships.

• Understands internal company ethics, contracts and deliverables and assures Fiona Environs' standards for design, construction and project management are met.

• Be able to communicate effectively with all project teams including Architects, Interior Designers, Project Managers and Landscape Foreman.

Requirements -

• Should be self-motivated and self-disciplined in an intense collaborative studio environment, ability to organize, encourage and lead project teams.

• Ability to step out of the comfort zone, and step into different roles and responsibilities with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.

• Have excellent organizational skills, show initiative, have the ability to work independently and make sure deadlines are met.

• Be a good communicator with excellent written and spoken English.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite with Sketch-up, Lumion is essential, 3DS MAX will be given preference.

• Bachelor's. or Master Degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Planning is a must.

Preference will be given to Landscape Architects over Interiors/Architects. Your scope of work will also extend to marketing and business development. There is a mandatory 3 day assessment before confirming the job to assess if both the candidate and the company are a good fit for each other. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Experience:
