Description:
We are looking for a talented Zoho Developer & CRM Administrator to join our team at Trade License Zone, a UAE-based business setup specialist recognized for transparency and excellent service. The role blends technical development with administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth configuration, customization, and optimization of Zoho applications to support operational needs. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to create custom solutions, integrate systems, and handle day-to-day Zoho administration.
Job Specification & Responsibilities:
Zoho Development & Customization:

• Develop, configure, and customize Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk) to meet business requirements
• Write and implement Deluge scripts to automate workflows and processes
• Create custom functions, modules, and API integrations to enhance Zoho capabilities

System Integration & API Management:

• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party software and internal systems
• Manage API requests and ensure smooth communication between systems

Zoho Administration:

• Monitor and maintain data integrity, system performance, backups, and security
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot Zoho applications and custom solutions

Data Management & Reporting:

• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making
• Ensure data integrity by setting up validation rules and workflows

Training & Documentation:

• Train end-users on Zoho applications and custom solutions
• Maintain technical documentation and training manuals for developed solutions

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho apps
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting
• Understanding of APIs, web services, and integrations
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Good communication skills for client interactions and training
• Knowledge of additional Zoho apps (Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, etc.)
• Familiarity with databases, SQL, cloud platforms, and programming languages (especially JavaScript)
