Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer & Administrator to take full ownership of the Zoho One ecosystem within our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up, customizing, and maintaining Zoho One, with a strong focus on Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting. This role requires both technical development skills and system administration expertise to ensure optimal performance, integration, and usability across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and configure the complete Zoho One ecosystem from scratch. Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Zoho Creator. Write and maintain Deluge scripts for automation, workflows, and custom logic. Integrate various Zoho apps (CRM, Books, Desk, Projects, Recruit, Inventory, etc.) to work seamlessly. Manage user roles, permissions, and workflows across all Zoho applications. Conduct regular system audits, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high uptime and performance. Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient Zoho solutions. Train internal teams on using Zoho applications effectively. Stay up to date with new features, modules, and best practices within the Zoho ecosystem. Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of Zoho apps and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Zoho Developer and/or Administrator (minimum 2-3 years). Hands-on expertise with Zoho Creator, Zoho One, and Deluge scripting. Experience in end-to-end implementation of the Zoho One suite. Strong understanding of business workflows, CRM logic, and automation tools. Experience with custom modules, third-party API integrations, and data migration. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:

Zoho Certifications (Developer/Admin) is a plus. Familiarity with Wordpress, REST APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms.
