We are seeking a content creator and spokesperson for Capital.com on social media channels, including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, targeted at Chinese speakers. The role will be based in our office in Dubai.

Responsibilities

Represent Capital.com in Asia and manage Chinese-language social media presence. Produce engaging daily video content on financial markets (stocks, FX, crypto, etc.). Create written content for Chinese social platforms. Plan and coordinate social media programming with the team. Script, film, edit, and post vertical videos (TikTok, Reels, YouTube). Stay updated on trends and news across platforms. Appear on camera and engage with followers. Respond to comments and client inquiries via chat, email, and calls. Provide professional support and training to build client trust. Gather client feedback and suggest improvements. Collaborate across departments to resolve issues. Maintain awareness of competitors and market trends.

Requirements

Fluent/native in Mandarin and English (Cantonese a plus). Proven experience creating video content for social media (portfolio or links required). Strong on-camera presence and a unique voice. Confident, charismatic, and driven. Solid grasp of social media, especially for a male audience. Interest in financial markets and eagerness to share insights daily. Access to professional recording equipment. Financial knowledge or ability to research and create market-related content.
