Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented YouTube Automation Specialist to manage and scale faceless YouTube channels. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end content operations, ensuring consistent uploads, optimized performance, and channel growth with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Research profitable niches, video ideas, and trending topics Create content plans and upload schedules Coordinate or manage scriptwriting, voiceovers, video editing, and thumbnail creation Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata (SEO) Upload videos and ensure compliance with YouTube policies Monitor analytics (CTR, watch time, RPM) and improve performance Manage copyright, fair use, and content claims Scale channels through automation tools and workflows

Requirements:

Proven experience with YouTube automation or faceless channels Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and monetization strategies Ability to manage freelancers or automated workflows Basic knowledge of video editing standards and thumbnails Familiarity with analytics tools (YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, VidIQ, etc.) Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience running monetized channels Knowledge of AI tools for scripting, voiceover, or editing Understanding of CPM/RPM optimization strategies
