Program Overview


The Young Graduate Program at Odoo is an intensive, structured initiative aimed at nurturing young professionals to develop them into future senior leaders. Participants will engage in diverse rotations across the

Support

and

Sales

function for a period of

6 months

to gain hands-on experience of the business, client interactions, receive mentorship from existing leaders and in-depth product knowledge.

Phase 1: Support Function (Month 1-3)

Key Responsibilities


Learn and understand the core functionality of the company's software products and services.



Assist the customer support team in troubleshooting user queries and logging issues.



Shadow technical support or implementation specialists to understand customer onboarding and post-sales support.



Participate in training sessions and workshops to gain hands-on experience with software tools.



Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand internal workflows and communication channels.



Provide feedback on product usability and suggest potential improvements based on user interactions.



Objective: Build foundational knowledge of the company's software, internal processes, and customer use cases.

Phase 2: Sales Function (Month 4-6)

Key Responsibilities



Support the sales team in identifying prospects and researching potential clients.



Attend client meetings, demos, and calls alongside senior sales representatives.



Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and follow-up


communications.



Use CRM tools to update lead and opportunity records, track interactions, and manage pipelines.



Conduct product demonstrations (under supervision) to potential clients, highlighting value propositions.



Gather and relay customer feedback to sales and product teams to inform strategy and development.



Objective: product knowledge in a commercial context and contribute to the sales process.
